When you place an order or request a subscription, we collect the name, email address, phone number and delivery address you provide, along with the selected products, quantities, prices, delivery charges, schedule, order reference and payment status. Razorpay processes payment authorisation and payment details through its checkout. The website does not ask you to send card or bank credentials to Vraj Naturals.
If you contact us, we use the information in your message to respond. If you join The Vraj Circle, the contact details and marketing preference you submit are recorded in a Google spreadsheet.
3. How we use information
We use order information to create and manage checkouts, confirm payment status, arrange delivery, provide support, handle refunds or order issues, prevent misuse and keep business records. If you begin a checkout and provide your email, we may send one reminder about that unfinished checkout after 24 minutes. This is a service message about the checkout, not consent to promotional marketing.
We use The Vraj Circle marketing preference only as recorded. If you have not opted in, we do not treat your signup as permission for promotional email or WhatsApp messages.
